Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Deliveries

For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order 1 to 3 working days after you place your order. For International orders we advise 7-10 working days, however, this can vary due to customs clearances. 

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment has been received.

If your item is PRE-ORDER, you will be contacted once the item is ready to ship. 

If we are shipping to you outside of the UK please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs charges you may receive once it gets to your country. 

Delivery Charges:

LOCAL DELIVERY (see postcodes at checkout)  - £3
DPD 1-2 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY - £5
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £20

A signature will be required upon receipt.

Please note - there may be slight delays / changes due to covid-19 and Brexit.

Our orders leave daily at 1pm, if you order after 1pm your shipment will not leave until the following day.
Returns Policy
We always hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but understand that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items. 

All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all the labels still attached.

The item must be returned within 21 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel. All returned items will be refunded to the account originally used to purchase the items. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges.



Faulty Goods

An item is classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufactures fault occurs.

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch to avoid any faulty goods being sent out, however, if you receive your goods and notice a fault and the garment/item is unworn/used and tags are still attached we will cover the charge to return your order to us and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

If the fault occurs once worn or no longer has the tags attached, within 6 months please contact us, we will ask you to return the goods to us, we will inspect them and check if there has been any reports of a manufactures fault, in some cases this may mean sending the item back to the brand​ for investigation. If the item is confirmed as faulty we will repair or replace, if we cannot offer either of these then a refund will be given.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We will also not accept any returns for items that have been washed incorrectly. 


Sale Items

All sale items are final, strictly no returns. 



Click & Collect
Select pick up in store at checkout. Please note - some brands may be available in one store and not the other, if this is the case we will contact you after your order has been placed to discuss the best store for you to collect from. For example, Sarah Louise is only available in our Kirkby store, we would not allow this to be collected from our Bootle store. 


The returns policy for in store purchases may differ, please check your receipt or contact your local store for motor information.
