We know how exciting it is waiting for your Little Angels order, so we aim to get your purchases on their way to you as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Choose from the following delivery options at checkout:

Royal Mail 24
Estimated delivery: 1 working day

Royal Mail 48
Estimated delivery: 2 working days

DPD
Estimated delivery: Next working day

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control once your parcel has been handed to the courier.

FREE Click & Collect is available from both of our Little Angels stores:

Crosby

Orders are normally available for collection within 1–24 hours.

As stock is held across both of our stores, some brands or products may not be immediately available at your chosen collection location. If an item needs to be transferred between stores, we'll let you know.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Local Delivery 🚗

Local delivery is available to selected Liverpool postcodes.

We currently deliver to:

L9, L10, L20, L21, L22, L23, L30, L31, L32 & L33

If your address qualifies for local delivery, the option will be shown to you at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated arrival date will be shown within the individual product description.

Once your order has been placed, a member of the Little Angels team will contact you and we'll keep you updated while you're waiting for your item to arrive with us.

As soon as your pre-order stock arrives, we'll prepare and dispatch your order using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Please remember that pre-order arrival dates are estimates and can occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control. If we receive an updated expected arrival date, we'll keep you informed.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If you believe there may be an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the relevant courier to investigate the delivery and help locate your parcel.

Please don't worry about trying to resolve a courier issue alone, if there's a problem with an order you've placed with Little Angels, get in touch with us and we'll help.
